GUI Suggestion: ASSP File Editor Window

Hill, Brett
Would it be possible to make the contents section of this window expand proportionate to the size of the browser window?  I think it would make viewing/editing considerably easier instead of having to drag the scroll-bars around.

Thanks!
Brett

I agree that it is a bit of an annoyance that the window cannot be maximized, but it is of little concern to me compared to the other issues that constantly get added or fixed that make ASSP so great.

I usually use Textpad to edit all my config files to get around that little issue myself.

Firefox 2.006 and IE7 can maximize the screen, but the text box stays the same size.
<textarea name="contents" rows="15" cols="65" wrap="off">
Just with lots of space around it.  Maximizing is not very helpful I'm afraid. :o)

Thanks,

Doug Traylor

Oh i thought you meant the window.

I've already gotten this working in a reasonable manner.
Width is dynamic but the height is javascript controlled.(damn IE
limitation)

I've added + and - buttons so you can maximize the screen and expand the
edit box as you see fit.

I'm just working out the positioning of the buttons now.

Ok it's been send off to Fritz.

The changes include a new editor.css file and some javascript to expand
and contract the textarea.

It's a bit rough but it should work.

Here's a preview.

Whitelist entries being blacked by BombRe

Steve Thompson-10
In reply to this post by Kevin-107
The whitelist entries for on-line stores, catalog emails, etc. are being
blocked by my BombRe.  I do not have bombReWL checked.  They should come
right through, correct?  Here are some of the reasons they are being caught:

X-Assp-Spam-Reason: BombHeaderRe:'¢'
X-Assp-Spam-Reason: BombRe: 'É'
X-Assp-Spam-Reason: BombRe: '®'
X-Assp-Spam-Reason: BombRe: '75% off'

This is 4 different email addresses that are all on the whitelist.

Kind of odd.
