Self sending Spam?

Hi Team,

I just need to know how to block these specific type of spams.

- The e-mail shows it sends it to itself. (like rickon@mywebsite.com is sending to rickon@mywebsite.com) but its on a different IP. I'll provide the message header here for clarification.

I changed the domain name and the initial e-mail for security purposes.

I've tried checking the user computer as well if there are any viruses or malwares and I didn't find any. I was wanting to understand more about these spams in order to effectively block them.
