about test modes

Marcelo Martinez
*Hello,This is my first e-mail to the list, so in addition to sending my
greetings to all I want to ask some questions about "test modes"Some times
I get "(SPAM)" messages to my distribution lists. As I understand, when
ASSP is running in test mode the spam is bypassed with the subjetc "spam"
added. But the ASSP is NOT in test mode, so I don't know how to block the
spam.Let me show here an example of spam message headers:Received: from

Re: about test modes

aquilinux
Sorry but your first mail is barely readable.
At first you wrote you were NOT running in testmode, but you say you do use
testmode for some checks.
At this point I don't understand..
Message has been tagged because you enabled "Message Scoring" testmode.
To run ASSP in blocking mode for a particular check you should disable
testmode for that check..

Re: about test modes

Marcelo Martinez
I did not know my first mail is difficult to read. From here I can read the
mail clearly

Again, the first mail:

Hello,

This is my first e-mail to the list, so in addition to sending my greetings
to all I want to ask some questions about "test modes"

Some times I get "(SPAM)" messages to my distribution lists. As I
understand, when ASSP is running in test mode the spam is bypassed with the
subjetc "spam" added. But the ASSP is NOT in test mode, so I don't know how
to block the spam.

Let me show here an example of spam message headers:

Received: from 89-69-52-98.dynamic.chello.pl ([89.69.52.98]
helo=89.69.52.98)
    by ASSP.nospam with SMTP (2.0.1); 23 May 2016 11:40:13 -0300
X-CheckPoint: {5743159F-6-377FA8C0-FFFF}
Received: from unknown (HELO localhost) ([hidden email]@

X-Originating-IP: 83.228.113.117
From: [hidden email]
To: ME
Subject: [SPAM] Nothing Keeping these solid picks from moving up!
Date: Mon, 23 May 2016 16:28:36 +0100
X-Assp-Version: 2.0.1(1.1.27) on ASSP.nospam
X-Assp-Spam-Level: ***************
X-Assp-Tag: DNSBL
X-Assp-Envelope-From:
X-Assp-ID: ASSP.nospam 14414-06939
X-Assp-Redlisted: Yes (bounces are not collected)
X-Assp-Block: NO (testmode)
X-Spam-Status:yes
X-Assp-Spam-Level: ***************
X-Assp-Tag: MessageLimit
X-Assp-Envelope-From:

You can see the line "X-Assp-Block: NO (testmode)"

In the test modes section configuration I have these test modes enables:
baseyan, spf, bad attachment, srs, bomb regex, script regex, missing rx
records, reverse lookup, invaid hello, forget helo, message scoring, dkim.

The others test modes are disabled.
The Global test mode is disabled too.

"Prepend Spam Subject [SPAM]"

My intention is to block spam messages instead just add [SPAM] to the
subject.

Can you help me with this issue please?

Thanks in advance,
Marcelo Martinez.-

Mobile security can be enabling, not merely restricting. Employees who
bring their own devices (BYOD) to work are irked by the imposition of MDM
restrictions. Mobile Device Manager Plus allows you to control only the
apps on BYO-devices by containerizing them, leaving personal data untouched!

Do you really expect to get a qualified answer?

Betreff:        Re: [Assp-user] about test modes

I did not know my first mail is difficult to read. From here I can read
the
mail clearly

Again, the first mail:

Hello,

This is my first e-mail to the list, so in addition to sending my
greetings
to all I want to ask some questions about "test modes"

Some times I get "(SPAM)" messages to my distribution lists. As I
understand, when ASSP is running in test mode the spam is bypassed with
the
subjetc "spam" added. But the ASSP is NOT in test mode, so I don't know
how
to block the spam.

Let me show here an example of spam message headers:

Received: from 89-69-52-98.dynamic.chello.pl ([89.69.52.98]
helo=89.69.52.98)
    by ASSP.nospam with SMTP (2.0.1); 23 May 2016 11:40:13 -0300
X-CheckPoint: {5743159F-6-377FA8C0-FFFF}
Received: from unknown (HELO localhost) ([hidden email]@

X-Originating-IP: 83.228.113.117
From: [hidden email]
To: ME
Subject: [SPAM] Nothing Keeping these solid picks from moving up!
Date: Mon, 23 May 2016 16:28:36 +0100
X-Assp-Version: 2.0.1(1.1.27) on ASSP.nospam
X-Assp-Spam-Level: ***************
X-Assp-Tag: DNSBL
X-Assp-Envelope-From:
X-Assp-ID: ASSP.nospam 14414-06939
X-Assp-Redlisted: Yes (bounces are not collected)
X-Assp-Block: NO (testmode)
X-Spam-Status:yes
X-Assp-Spam-Level: ***************
X-Assp-Tag: MessageLimit
X-Assp-Envelope-From:

You can see the line "X-Assp-Block: NO (testmode)"

In the test modes section configuration I have these test modes enables:
baseyan, spf, bad attachment, srs, bomb regex, script regex, missing rx
records, reverse lookup, invaid hello, forget helo, message scoring, dkim.

The others test modes are disabled.
The Global test mode is disabled too.

"Prepend Spam Subject [SPAM]"

My intention is to block spam messages instead just add [SPAM] to the
subject.

Can you help me with this issue please?

Thanks in advance,
Marcelo Martinez.-
