random sender address problem

PlusPlus Internet Solutions LLC
Hi guys, anyone else is having the following problem?

the user is adding a sender address to whitelist, something like
[hidden email] but the message is in really sent by
[hidden email] which is generated randomly,
so any email coming from them is taged as spam. How you fix this
problem? im not talking about this one specific user but any corporation
or other companies sending in this way?

Thanx in advance!

The whitelist can't be used for wildcard addresses. Instead you should use 'whiteListedDomains' - which can't be controlled by users (admins only).

The problem is you cant start whitelisting a lot of domains every day,
some are know as amazon, but there are a lot unknown from companies or
other senders.. Is there any other way, even something at the admin side?

Thanx!
