use mysql instead of local files

michelinux (Bugzilla)
added ability to use mysql instead of local files whitelistdb,
redlistdb and delaydb so you can share this easily between servers

Tie::RDBM is needed to do this

How exactly is this going to work, do we need to create some specific
tables ? I read the Tie::RDBM manuals and it seems to me that tables /
columns are created automaticly.. however i let it run for a couple of
hours whitelist / delaying / redlist and there isn't anything created! I
filled in mysql in the field whitelist / redlist / delaying

Did you filled myuser, mypassword, mydatabase and myhost parameters?

Tables are automagically created if myuser has create privilege on mydatabase.

Also, I think assp needs to be restarted to recreate database objects
when you change whitelistdb settings.

On my systems the tables look like this:
mysql> desc whitelist;
+---------+--------------+------+-----+---------+-------+
| Field   | Type         | Null | Key | Default | Extra |
+---------+--------------+------+-----+---------+-------+
| pkey    | varchar(127) |      | PRI |         |       |
| pvalue  | longblob     | YES  |     | NULL    |       |
| pfrozen | tinyint(4)   |      |     | 0       |       |
+---------+--------------+------+-----+---------+-------+

I'ill write some documentation about this....
